Working with us is easy! Here is a quick overview of the process and what to expect:
Initial Contact
We will contact you directly to notify you of the funds that are available and answer any questions you may have.
If you or a family member lost a home to tax foreclosure, contact us to see if you are entitled to surplus funds!
Legal Process
Our legal team will work tirelessly with local government to obtain the money owed on your property. Most of the time, we are able to do this completely on your behalf with no additional documentation.
Receiving your Money
Once the legal proceedings are complete and the municipal government has released the money, we will reach out to you for information on where to send the check with your surplus funds!
Sign Up
If you decide to work with us, we will send you documents to sign giving us permission to pursue the funds on your behalf. This is can be done electronically via Docusign or with paper forms if preferred.
Additional Documentation

In most cases, the first document you sign is enough to complete the retrieval of funds, but some instances may require additional proof of ownership or entitlement to the surplus. We will notify you directly if more documentation is necessary.
